CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations result in loss of deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable. However deposits may be transferred once with communication up to 24 hours prior to appointment. Same day cancellations and no shows will result in a nonnegotiable 50% cancellation fee. ( This fee will include the deposit plus additional amount needed to equal 50% of total cost)There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. After 15 minutes appts can be rescheduled if there is communication. No communication will result in cancellation and loss of deposit
